“The Inspireal team were fantastic and the quality of the product speaks for itself.” Alex Rovira, Managing Director - Brightstar Resources
THE TRIFECTA
Our expert analysis, strategy & three pronged solution to media production.
1. LAVERTON MINING OPERATIONS:
The Brightstar assets which were the core of the company prior to the current management have now had their value enhanced by the recent acquisition of Linden Mining, & their operating Second Fortune Gold Mine; which may provide it’s extremely high-grade ore to the Laverton Mill in the case of a restart; underpinning margins and removing the extra processing costs of toll-treating the ore at 3rd party mills.
This would also allow the restart of the Alpha/Beta Open Pit mining operations, & pave the way for exploration & exploitation of future ore sources, like that at Cork Tree Well.
2. MENZIES MINING OPERATIONS:
In addition, through their earlier acquisition of Kingston Mining & the astonishingly profitable toll treating operation carried out at Menzies, at the Selkirk Pit; Brightstar is currently well-funded. Additional funding recently arranged through a capital raising saw Genesis Mining convert their toll treatment costs to equity in the company.
This demonstrates Genesis’ interest in having Brightstar as a strategic partner in the area & that the core management of Brightstar are capable of profitably mining & producing gold, & that their partners are happy to do business with them.
3. SANDSTONE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT:
Brightstar has merged with Alto Resources & acquired the gold rights to Gateway Minerals’ flagship Montague Deposit; which has seen the newly emerged, bigger Brightstar as the new king in town.
With the cash flow coming from Menzies, and the planned development of further pits beyond Selkirk, plus the near-term owner-operator opportunity at Laverton providing mid-term cash flow; Brightstar has a very good chance of being able to fund and develop a profitable, long-life, high-margin gold business in Sandstone by utilising the extensive experience of their current management team, & the personnel who have joined the larger entity.
